Augusta is working towards getting her Master of Arts in Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary. She has a B. A. in English from The University of Memphis and once thought she might go into publishing. However, God had other plans for her and she began to feel a calling towards counseling in her senior year of college. She has been slowly working towards getting her MAC since 2021. She has also enjoyed working a local Christian bookstore since 2019.
Augusta comes from a large family of 9 with 5 younger siblings and one sister-in-law, all of whom she loves very much. She lives in Memphis, Tennessee, and is an active member at Grace Church Memphis. She has a heart for serving fellow anxiety sufferers of all ages, but has a special soft spot for teens and young adults. Her desire is grow in Christ likeness and to help others grow in Jesus and experience the power of His steady love in an unsteady world.
As an English major, it is only fitting that she enjoys reading in her spare time, especially anything history or Jane Austen related. Augusta also enjoys spending time with her family and friends and her two dogs. If you’re lucky, just might meet one or both of them on your call since they’re never far from her side.
