Teresa is passionate about encouraging others to rest in the work of Christ through life’s ups, downs, and steady circumstances. Teresa has seen and experienced the power of the Cross in her own life and in the lives of others. She is honored to walk with people through the usually unexpected ways Jesus compassionately mends hurting and broken hearts while showing His comforting grace to our often-messy lives.
After being raised and attending college in Los Angeles, Teresa lived in New York, Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. During this time, she enjoyed a 20-year career as a federal IT auditor and grew in her appreciation for the body of Christ as displayed in the biblical counseling she experienced in local churches. In May of 2026, Teresa completed a Masters of Art in Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary. Teresa and her husband have two daughters and reside in the northern Colorado.
