Rob counsels in Northern VA and online. Originally from South Carolina, Rob received his undergraduate degree in Sports Management from Coastal Carolina University. He completed a master’s in Biblical Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (SEBTS) where he met his wife Caroline in 2011. Since serving as a pastor, Rob felt the church needed to provide better counsel for mood disorders. Therefore, he returned to SEBTS to complete his doctorate in counseling (2022) with a focus on anxiety, depression, and trauma. Rob has 15 years of experience in college and pastoral ministry and currently serves as a counseling pastor in northern Virginia.

Rob’s area of focus includes marriage counseling, anxiety, depression, identity struggles, sin struggles, spiritual abuse, and care for church leadership. Additionally, Rob enjoys equipping the church through seminars on counseling topics and discipleship.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys all things sports, from golf to college football to baseball. He and Caroline love exploring VA and Washington, DC with their two sons and daughter.
