Cynthia’s counseling practice centers on the belief that God’s presence and power offer hope for healing and change. She believes God’s love provides space for individuals to explore their personal stories and consider what God is doing in their lives.
She has worked as a counselor at a women’s shelter, trained lay counselors, and now provides individual counseling virtually and in-person in the Washington D.C. area. Cynthia received her M.A. in Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary. She lives in Maryland with her husband and two children.
Cynthia earned her B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania and her M.A. in Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary. She lives in Maryland with her husband and two children who are emerging young adults. She enjoys facilitating retreats and walking with friends and with her dog, Millie.
