Ray Padron

Ray considers it a joy to walk alongside his counselees as they explore the deep waters of their hearts and faith that are driving the issues in their lives. Ray typically works with men and young married couples, and he also provides pre-marital counseling. He has a passion for working with foster care and adoptive families, having been a foster parent and currently being engaged with the faith-based foster and adoption movement. Ray retired from being a business owner and financial advisor, primarily serving wealthy Christian business owners and executives. As such, he brings depth of experience to the challenges faced by those who struggle to integrate their faith into their marriages, families, and business.

Ray’s counseling focus includes: Marriage (men) and Young Married; Men’s Issues; Conflict; Fear; Forgiveness; Adoption/Foster; Spiritual Direction; Financial Conflict; and Loss.

Ray and his wife, Sharon, have been married for 47 years and are currently spending time in Naples, FL; Gainesville, GA; and Westerville, OH, outside of Columbus. They enjoy visiting their four married children and ten grandchildren. He expects to graduate with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary in early 2028.
